Contest Rules and Regulations: One entry per family. Restricted to residents of the United States. Only UPC codes from Mendelsohn’s products will be considered eligible. Contest begins July 15, 2009 and ends October 30, 2009. No entries will be received after October 30, 2009. UPC codes must be cut out and all codes must be in one envelope. Please make sure to clearly label your entry - print your name, address and include a phone number (email address optional) so we can notify you if you are a winner.
